ভুবন ভুলাইলি মা, হরমোহিনী।
মূলাধারে মহোৎপলে, বীণাবাদ্য-বিনোদিনী।
শরীর শারীর যন্ত্রে সুষুম্নাদি এয় তন্ত্রে,
গুণভেদ মহামন্ত্রে গুণত্রয়বিভাগিনী ॥
আধারে ভৈরবাকার ষড়দলে শ্রীরাগ আর,
মণিপুরেতে মন্ত্রার, বসন্তে হৃৎপ্রকাশিনী।
বিশুদ্ধ হিল্লোল সুরে, কর্ণাটক আজ্ঞাপুরে,
তান লয় মান সুরে, তিন গ্রাম-সঞ্চারিণী।
মহামায়া মোহপাশে, বদ্ধ কর অনায়াসে,
তত্ত্ব লয়ে তত্ত্বাকাশে স্থির আছে সৌদামিনী।
শ্রীনন্দকুমারে কয়, তত্ত্ব না নিশ্চয় হয়,
তব তত্ত্ব গুণত্রয়, কাকীমুখ-আচ্ছাদিনী।

English Rendering
O Mother Harmōhinī, You have cast the world into a state of illusion.
Within the Mūlādhāra—the Great Lotus—You delight the mind by playing the Vīṇā.
Relying upon the Great Mantra, You traverse the three grāmas (musical scales)—corresponding to the three guṇas—through the three strings (channels) of the bodily instrument: the Suṣumnā and its companions.
In the Mūlādhāra Chakra, You reside in the form of the Bhairava Raga; within the six-petaled lotus of the Svādhiṣṭhāna Chakra, You are the Śrī Raga; and in the Maṇipūra Chakra, You are the Malhār Raga.
You manifest as the Vasanta Raga within the Anāhata Chakra, seated in the heart. In the Viśuddha Chakra, You are the Hiṇḍola Raga, and in the Ājñā Chakra, the Karṇāṭaka Raga.
Encompassing tāna, māna, laya, and sura (melodic variations, rhythm, tempo, and pitch), You transcend the three octaves: the Mandra (lower), Madhya (middle), and Tāra (upper).
O Mahāmāyā, You have effortlessly bound everyone within the snares of delusion.
Within the ethereal expanse of pure consciousness (Tattvākāśa), You sit enthroned like a motionless flash of lightning.
'Nandakumār' declares that the true essence of Your nature remains unfathomable; for through the agency of the three guṇas, You have veiled the vision of the living soul."

"हे माँ हरमोहिनी, तूने संसार को भुलावे में डाल रखा है।
मूलाधार महाकमल में तू वीणावादन करती हुई चित्तविनोदन करती है।
महामन्त्र का अवलम्बन कर तू शरीररूपी यन्त्र के सुषुम्नादि तीन तारों में तीन गुणों के अनुसार तीन ग्रामों में संचरण करती है।
मूलाधारचक्र में तू भैरव राग के रूप में अवस्थित है; स्वाधिष्ठानचक्र के षड्दल कमल में तू श्री राग तथा मणिपूरचक्र में मल्हार राग है।
तू वसन्त राग के रूप में हृदयस्थ अनाहतचक्र में प्रकाशित होती है।
तू विशुद्धचक्र में हिण्डोल तथा आज्ञाचक्र में कर्णाटक राग है।
तान-मान-लय-सुर के सहित तू मन्द्र-मध्य-तार इन तीन सप्तकों का भेदन करती है।
हे महामाया, तूने मोहपाश के द्वारा सब को अनायास बाँध लिया है।
तत्त्वाकाश में तू मानो स्थिर सौदामिनी की तरह विराजमान है।
'नन्दकुमार' कहता है कि तेरे तत्त्व का निश्चय नहीं किया जा सकता।
तीन गुणों के द्वारा तूने जीव की दृष्टि को आच्छादित कर रखा है।”
